Ever wanted to play Last Crusade with 256 colors and Tandy 3 Voice sound?

Now you can!!!!!!!

Officialy, the VGA version does not support Tandy sound, there's no command
line argument for it. But the sound routines are still there. I can see the non
patched version working on a Tandy RLX, because it has VGA and the sound chip at
the original 0C0h port. But, if the EXE detection routine finds a Game Blaster 
or an AdLib capable card it will play that instead and completely ignore if it detected a Tandy 1000.

This patch just forces the auto detection to be Tandy 3 voice sound, no matter what. You can still use the command line arguments for other sound cards, but without any 
arguments it will output PSG data to port 1E0h by default. Tandy 1000 RSX and 2500 can now enjoy 256 color goodness with their PSSJ!!
