Q: Why is the manual's gutter cut out?
A: I wanted to scan it without damaging the binding and ruining its value, and although I *do* have a flatbed book scanner, the printing went so far into the gutter that some of it was cut off.

Q: Why didn't you try to do a better job scanning the manual?
A: As of 20210108, the last time a complete Adlib Gold package was sold on ebay was $3000.  This is in the territory of counterfeiters.  By deliberately not doing a stellar job on scanning the manual, it cannot be used to create forgeries, while still being useful for setting up and configuring an Adlib Gold.
