DESCRIPTION: 
New Features - 

- Added new FWS2ASPI, FWS2CD, and FWS2DISK drivers which provide support for any combination of 32-Bit Fast-SCSI-2 or 32-Bit Fast-Wide SCSI-2 controllers with only one instance of the drivers loaded.

- FWS2CD now supports up to 8 CD-ROM drives.

- Removed obsolete drivers SCSIC710, CDC710, FS2_ASPI, FS2_CD, FS2_DISK, WS2_ASPI, WS2_CD, and WS2_DISK.

Problems Fixed - 

- Reset controller hardware on a SCSI command timeout to recover from hardware or SCSI bus lock conditions.  This will prevent the driver from hanging under some hardware failure scenarios.

HOW TO USE:  

1.  Download the SoftPaq to an empty directory on your hard drive and change to that directory.  If downloaded in zipped format (.ZIP), unzip the file to create an executable:  PKUNZIP SP1262

2.  From that drive and directory, execute the SoftPaq file:  SP1262 [ENTER]
The following files should be created: 
QRST5.EXE
SCSI._01
README.TXT

3. Obtain a formatted 1.44 MB 3.5 inch diskette.

4. Follow the instructions in README.TXT to create the diskette and install the software.
