DESCRIPTION:  Creates two diskettes. 
Disk 1 -- Compaq Network Interface Controller Drivers
Disk 2 -- Compaq Network Interface Controller Drivers and Diagnostics
These diskettes replace the original diskettes shipped with the 
controllers with a new version. Disk 1 does not contain any driver 
changes.  Disk 2 has no driver changes but now has the new diagnostic 
utility.

HOW TO USE:

1.  Obtain two (2) formatted 1.44 MB diskettes.

2.  Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive and change to
that directory.  The file that is downloaded is SP1997.EXE.

3.  From that drive and directory, execute the SoftPaq file:
    SP1997.EXE [ENTER]
You will be prompted to place the formatted 1.44 MB diskettes into a 
diskette drive to create diskettes.

4.  After the diskettes are created, you may delete the downloaded file 
SP1997.EXE if you wish.

5.  Refer to DIAG.TXT on the second diskette for instructions on installing and using the software.
