TR Troubleshooting - Main Symptom List
The main symptom list is the entry point for approaching procedures
dealing with a specific network area or component. From the 14 main network
failure symptom choices that follow, decide which one most closely relates
to the failure symptom you have encountered in your particular network.
Click on the symptom to go to the appropriate page. If for some reason
you feel that your particular failure symptom is associated with a certain
network component, you
can at your discretion go directly to the respective page.
While deciding, also note if the failure symptom fits logically
into one of the following network areas:
All network users
A group of network users
One network user
In addition, note whether the failure symptom is classified as
solid or intermittent.
