                               Get EMM Version

     Returns  the  version  number  of  the  Expanded  Memory  Manager
     software.

     The version is returned as a  binary coded  decimal. e.g  version
     4.0 would return:

                          0100 0000
                             / \
                            4 . 0

Note:   Upward and downward  compatible  with both EMS and EEMS 3.2.
        It appears that the  intended  use  for  this function is to
        return the  version  of  the  vendor  implementation  of the
        expanded   memory  manager  instead  of  the   specification
        version.
