     This  call  the  mapping  context  for  all  mappable memory
     regions (conventional and  expanded) by copying the contents
     of  a  source  array  into  the  mapping  registers on  each
     expanded memory board in the  system.  The  application must
     pass a pointer to the source array.

Note:   Does not use an EMM handle
