Symptom(s):
- Pocket adapter does not power up using either the AC power adapter or the phantom power cable
- cannot access network
Cause: Outdated BIOS version on the computer
Solution: Upgrade the BIOS to build 43096a or later. For details, contact your computer manufacturer.
After upgrading the BIOS, make sure the Parallel port settings are as follows:
LPT1: I/O 378h INT 7 EPP/SPP
