Question: Why can't I get my modem installed after I upgraded to Windows 98?

Answer: If Windows 98 was installed on top of Windows 95, Windows plug and play will not find your TDK modem. To install your modem:

1. Go to your Control Panel | Add New Hardware.

2. Click Next. Highlight "Search for the best driver for your device." Click Next.

3. Insert installation floppy disk and check Floppy Disk box. Click Next.

4. Driver should be found. Click Next, then Finish.
