Notes: This function is supported by Advanced NetWare 2.1+. Caller must be an operator. If the specified position is greater than the number of jobs in the queue, the job is placed at the end of the queue

09h    BYTE    new position in queue
(01h = first, FAh [250] = last position in full queue)
