AH = EDh
BX = connection ID (see AH=ECh)

Return:
AX = status (0000h,0001h,FFFFh,etc.) (see also #00397)
0000h session now connected
0001h connection still in progress

Note: This function is not supported by the Microdyne TelAPI v3.7
